We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover., and  American Express. All pricing and funds are in US Dollars.

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed  Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

*Continental US orders: 6.00 flat fee for all clothing items. Shoes and boots may have additional charge on top of the flat $6.00 rate. All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail using the address provided during the checkout process. Package should be delivered in 1-6 business days.

*Free in-store pick up is also available.

 RETURNS:

INSPECT ALL ITEMS AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED. IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE FOUND DAMAGE TO ANY ITEM, TAKE A PICTURE AND EMAIL TO perfectlyposhboutique@gmail.com WITHIN 48 HOURS. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITH 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY UN-REPORTED DAMAGES OR DEFECTS OF MERCHANDISE THAT HAVE BEEN IN YOUR POSSESSION FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURS.

Items may be returned to Perfectly Posh for online CREDIT ONLY with 15 days of the original purchase date. The original tags must be on the item(s), they CANNOT be worn, altered, washed, damaged, smell of cigarettes, must be free of animal hair, make-up stains, deodorant stains, and anything else that prevents it from being resold. If you are just needing a different size, we will issue you online store credit so you can repurchase the correct size. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be given back in the credit amount. We reserve the right to reject any item that is returned to us. Any item(s) that are returned without meeting the requirements listed above will be returned to the customer at their own expense and no credit will be issued. We suggest when returning item(s) to choose a shipping option that has tracking. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. Items ordered online cannot be exchanged for items in store. If you return an item to the store that you have purchased online, you will be given online credit only within 2-3 business days.
